INFLEXIÓN.
En esta serie, el artista explora la transformación personal a través de tres jarrones que reflejan un viaje introspectivo a lo largo de 2024.
La Etapa 1 muestra líneas abruptas y una estructura irregular, simbolizando un momento de desconexión y redefinición. En la Etapa 2, la forma comienza a ordenarse, con superficies lisas que contrastan con texturas ásperas, evocando la búsqueda de equilibrio. La Etapa 3 culmina en un jarrón de curvas fluidas y textura uniforme, transmitiendo estabilidad y armonía.
«Jarrones, Inflexión» es más que una serie de objetos: es un testimonio silencioso de evolución, donde la materia refleja el dolor y la belleza de la experiencia humana.

Más que una obra, este proyecto es una invitación a expandir los límites del arte y su accesibilidad. Guillermo Gauna-Vivas desarrolla herramientas innovadoras para que más personas, especialmente aquellas con discapacidad, puedan expresarse a través del arte.
Ha diseñado dispositivos que permiten a jóvenes con parálisis cerebral sostener y manejar pinceles, transformando la accesibilidad en una extensión de la creatividad. Estas herramientas no imponen formas de pintar, sino que facilitan el desarrollo de un lenguaje visual propio. Aquí, tecnología y arte convergen con un propósito común: hacer de la expresión un derecho, no un privilegio.

En esta obra, Gauna-Vivas traduce la esencia del agua en una estructura de escayola que captura sus fuerzas invisibles. No es una simple representación, sino una interacción directa: el agua, en sus distintos movimientos, deja su huella en el material, desde el impacto de un chorro violento hasta la suavidad de un caudal pausado.
Cada trazo convierte la escayola en testigo del fluir. Más que una escultura, es un rito, un diálogo con la naturaleza donde el artista permite que el agua hable con su propio lenguaje. La performance que acompaña el proceso eleva el agua de materia a símbolo de transformación y memoria.

Gauna-Vivas transforma la geografía en un territorio emocional, utilizando el mallado digital de su barrio de infancia para crear una cartografía de la memoria. Cada calle y esquina deja de ser un simple punto en el mapa para convertirse en un espacio cargado de significado, intervenido según las huellas de sus recuerdos.
Las zonas de alegría y descubrimiento se traducen en formas abiertas y fluidas, mientras que las marcadas por experiencias difíciles se reflejan en relieves tensos, fragmentados o erosionados. 28044 no es solo una representación topográfica, sino un paisaje interno donde espacio físico y percepción subjetiva se funden, convirtiendo el barrio en una estructura viva de emociones y memoria.

La D3na es una obra que nace de la adversidad, transformando los restos de la catástrofe de La DANA en Valencia en un símbolo de resiliencia y reconstrucción. Diseñada en realidad virtual y materializada mediante impresión 3D con plástico reciclado, integra también madera recuperada tras la tormenta, cuyos trazos orgánicos retorcidos evocan el caos del agua y el viento. Sus texturas ásperas y uniones imperfectas reflejan cicatrices en la naturaleza, mientras que las formas afiladas y curvas sugieren tanto la devastación como la regeneración.
Además, la pieza será intervenida por la reconocida artista Montserrat Anguiano, quien aportará su visión artística a través de la exploración de la identidad y la memoria. Su intervención añadirá una nueva capa de significado, profundizando en la narrativa de resistencia y transformación que la obra ya encarna. La D3na es más que una escultura: es un testimonio tangible de que el arte puede convertir la destrucción en un acto de creación y fortaleza.
